The Clara and Henry Malloy Papers consists of the papers of Henry Edward Malloy, who served as the head of the Fort Hays Kansas State Normal School Music Department from 1914 to 1937, as well as the papers of Clara Louise Malloy, who was involved with the Music Department from 1914 to 1974. The papers are comprised of music programs, sheet music, photographs, postcards, newspaper clippings, and correspondence related to their time at Fort Hays.

The first issue of the Leader was published in 1907 and continued until 2013. When it was founded, the paper was named the Western Normal Leader, becoming the State College Leader in 1931 and then the University Leader in 1977.
