The Jack Heather Papers consists of the papers of Jack Heather, who taught radio broadcasting and communications at Fort Hays Kansas State College from 1950 to 1988. The materials date between 1969 and 1972. The papers are comprised of correspondence, teaching materials, and TV Techniques Workshops materials.

Author and educator Dr. Jerry R. Choate joined the Fort Hays Kansas State College faculty in 1971 as an Assistant Professor of Zoology. The Dr. Jerry R. Choate Papers date from 1965 to 2009. The papers are comprised mainly of correspondence, course materials, research materials, and Sternberg Museum construction information.

Scope and Contents The first issue of the Leader was published in 1907 and continued until 2013. When it was founded, the paper was named the Western Normal Leader, becoming the State College Leader in 1931 and then the University Leader in 1977. The Clara and Henry Malloy Papers consists of the papers of Henry Edward Malloy, who served as the head of the Fort Hays Kansas State Normal School Music Department from 1914 to 1937, as well as the papers of Clara Louise Malloy, who was involved with the Music Department from 1914 to 1974. The papers are comprised of music programs, sheet music, photographs, postcards, newspaper clippings, and correspondence related to their time at Fort Hays.
