Abstract

This collection consists of promotional and real photo postcards depicting historical Kansas scenery, communities, landmarks, and institutions. The postcards date from approximately 1906 to 1997 with the bulk of materials dating from 1907 to 1970. Many postcards contain handwritten correspondence. The collection was transferred to Fort Hays State University from the University of Kentucky in 2024.
