The Elizabeth J. Agnew Scrapbook consists of papers related to her work as Dean of Women at the Fort Hays Kansas State Normal School from 1919 to 1943. The scrapbook materials date approximately between 1910 and 1940. The materials consist of ephemera, programs, college guide books, greeting cards, and related materials.

Scrapbooks were primarily compiled by the President's Office, University Relations, Public Relations, and other public facing entities of Fort Hays. The clippings were sometimes compiled by clipping bureaus before assembly into books. The media coverage offers a comprehensive view of public media focusing on Fort Hays State.

The Donald E. Stout Collection contains materials related to Stout’s career as a professor of music at Fort Hays State University, along with materials related to his research, travel and various awards and honors he received.

This collection consists of the personal papers of John W. Gustad, who served as President of Fort Hays Kansas State College from 1969 to 1975. The papers are comprised of personal photographs, correspondence, commencement programs, and publications.
