The Veterans History Project at Fort Hays State University was conducted as a joint project between the Leadership Studies and History departments. Beginning in the Fall of 2016, four Leadership Studies students enrolled in LDRS 310: Field Work in Leadership Studies. These students spearheaded the project and recruited History students and veterans for interviews.

This project was completed as part of the Veterans History Project through the Library of Congress.
