Front: (See Section 168, Page 76, School Law 1903) Certificate of Levy of School Tax. - To the Clerk of Lincoln County, Kansas: I Hereby Certify, That at a meeting of the voters of Orange School District No. 32, County of Lincoln, duly held on the 19 day of July 1906, it was voted that the sum of 12 mills be levied on the taxable property in said district, for school purposes.
