Back: Handwritten: Please observe the seasonable view on the other side! This is only kind I have and I want to tell you some position facts. "Riley was incorporated in 1903" - so says one of the "incorporators". I'm also told that Leonardville & Randolph are incorporated. Mr. Huugerford must have meant that M is the only second.
