Front: Leavenworth, The most important manufacturing town in Kansas. Has sixty-seven indu tries, all prosperous and growing. Stands third in furniture production in the United States. Has second largest mill-machinery plant in the country. Is second in the manufacture of stoves. Has the Parker Factory, the largest in the world devoted to the manufacture of amusement devices.
