Wife of Colonel . George Day, who was in the U.S. Air Force (USAF). Col. Day was a Prisoner of War (POW) in Vietnam from August 1967-April 1975 and John McCain was a cellmate. Mrs. Day was active in National League of Families of POW/MIA’s.
