The Correspondence series consists of correspondence in the form of letters, e-mails, memos, and notes between Dr. Choate and colleagues. Materials are arranged alphabeticaly by the last name of the correspondent. This was Dr. Choate's original arrangement as he created and used his files, and has been maintained to retain the context and mindset of the creator.

From the Collection: 27.5 Linear Feet (Jerry R. Choate Papers are housed in 16 cubic foot boxes in the University Archives. Jerry R. Choate Papers were housed in a series of filing cabinets in the University Archives until March 2023 when materials were rehoused in cubic foot boxes. )
