Supreme Court of Colorado, Territory of Colorado, Arapahoe County.

Thomas M. Bowen of the Territory of Colorado, having exhibited to the undersigned, Justices of the Supreme Court, of the Territory aforesaid, satisfactory evidence of his qualification for admission as an Attorney & Counselor at Law, We do, therefore, hereby authorize and license the said Thomas M. Bowen to appear in all the Courts of Record in said Territory both in Law and Equity, and therein to practice as an Attorney and Counselor. Witness our hands this Fifteenth day of March A.D. 1875.

Moses Hallet, Chief Justice; Amhurst W. Stone, Associate Justice; A.W. Brager Associate Justice.

I, Thomas M. Bowen do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and the Organic Act of this Territory and that I will in all things faithfully execute the duties of an Attorney and Counselor at Law, according to the best of my understanding and ability. [signed] Thomas M. Bowen. I certify that the foregoing oath was taken and subscribed to before me, this 13th day of March A.D. 1875. [signed] Jno. W. Webster, Clerk.

I Jno. W. Webster Clerk of said Supreme Court, do hereby Certify that Thomas M. Bowen has been regularly Licensed and admitted to practice as an Attorney and Counselor At Law in all the Courts of Record within this Territory and that he has duly taken the oath to support the Constitution of the United States, and the Organic Act of this Territory and that I have duly enrolled his name on the roll of Attorneys and Counselors in my office. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of said Supreme Court, at Denver, this Fifteenth day of March A.D. 1875. [signed] Jno W. Webster, clerk.
