This is to Certify that Thomas M. Bowen is entitled to one thousandfifteen hundred shares of Capital Stock of the New York & Uintah Mining Co. being full Stock and not liable to any further calls, transferable only on the Books of the Company, in person or by Attorney, on the surrender of this Certificate. New York, August 26, 1873.
