Antonino Oral Histories

 Collection — Box: MS 024-1
Identifier: MS 024
The Antonino Oral Histories Collection consists of oral history interviews conducted by Dr. James N. Leiker in 2003 and 2004 in preparation for the community’s church centennial celebration in 2005. The interviews and videos created for the centennial were also part of the research conducted by Dr. Leiker for his book “The Changing Village: A History of Antonino, Kansas” published in 2005. Funding for the research effort came from the Antonino Christian Mothers Organization in conjunction with the Centennial Celebration of Our Lady, Help of Christians Church, and the Antonino Community.

Dr. Leiker donated the oral history materials to the Special Collections at Forsyth Library in 2018.
