Back: handwritten: Dec 1 - 07 Dear Brother - I read your letter yesterday, and feel a deep sympathy for you folks in your sorrow. Lou at times seems to be better. Yesterday she seemed stronger then today but the doctor says she is better. I feel that she will recover but she is so very weak and should any thing else set in it will be pretty hard for her. I try to let you know every day but get buy and miss the mail, but if you get no card, you may know she is no worse and I will write as often as I can. The rest are well. Lovingly Al | Mr. O. D.
