Biographical / Historical
U.S. Marine Corps (USMC), enlisted. Career military. Officers Candidate School (OCS). Flew in dive bombers and torpedo bombers as a camera man in the Pacific theater in World War II. Served with the 1st Marine Division in Korea in their weapons company. During the Vietnam conflict, he was in Chicago with a staff group that wrote operation orders.
