Biographical / Historical
Mr. Cram went into the service in 1949 as a private and was Chief Warrant Officer in 1969. He was in military intelligence was part of the occupation forces in Europe (post-WWII), Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Dominican Republic, Middle East and Turkey.
