Materials in the Newspaper Clippings, Articles, Correspondence, Published Works, Speeches and Personal Information series consist of primarily textual information in different formats.

Newspaper Clippings and Articles are mainly materials published in a newspaper or journal that were cut out for collecting purposes by George F. Sternberg or other family members that were not pasted into a scrapbook or album.

Correspondence consists of letters and attachments between George F. Sternberg and relevant colleagues, businesses, and family members.

Published Works and Speeches are essays, poems, and speeches written and delivered by George F. Sternberg and his associates.

Personal Information mostly consists of documents pertaining to George F. Sternberg's employement with Fort Hays State, as well as records accounting his death. Student recommendation letters included in the series are restricted for access out of respect for Student Data Privacy Act SB 367.
